• Saturday, Sunday - a day off;
• weekend on holidays - order processing will be possible on the next business day.

The following options will be available for pickup:
• If you chose to pay in cash, you can personally contact us to pay and issue the order at the address of the store ED-Color SRL only after confirmation by phone or email of the order by the operator;
• If you chose to pay by credit card online, you can contact the address of the ED-Color SRL store to issue an order only after confirmation by the operator by phone or e-mail that the funds were transferred to the ED-Color SRL account and the payment was successfully completed.
For courier delivery, the operator will contact you by phone or email and inform you of the time and cost of delivery if the order amount does not exceed 3000 lei.
The delivery time of orders usually does not exceed 2-3 business days, in case of availability of goods in stock, and delivery of orders is carried out starting from the morning of the next business day after the order / payment is confirmed. Thus, if you choose to pay by direct bank transfer or online by credit card, delivery is carried out starting from the morning of the next business day, after the funds have arrived in the account of ED-Color SRL. In this case, you will receive a telephone or e-mail notification of the stages of the execution of your order. The courier will contact you in advance by phone to agree on a convenient time for delivery of the order.
Delivery of orders within the city of Chisinau is carried out through its own courier service according to the schedule:
• Monday - Friday: from 09:00 to 17:00;

• Sunday - a day off;

Buyer Responsibilities include:
• Check the accuracy of the entered data: details, addresses, phone numbers and names specified in the order;

• Ensure unimpeded access to the car and delivery service employees as close as possible for the delivery of goods. If you refuse the order, we warn you about the following:
