RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
Goods purchased by customers by individuals (as a consumer) can be returned to the address ED-Color SRL (mun. Chisinau, 6/1 Grigore Vieru St.), within 14 calendar days in accordance with the law (105 / 13.03. 2003 | HG1465 / 08.12.2003). A refund of paid funds will be made no later than 14 days from the date of return of the goods.
• If you paid in cash upon delivery, a refund will be made in cash at the cash desk of ED-Color SRL. The operator will contact you by telephone or e-mail in advance to inform you of the date and time when you can come up to receive money;
• If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the details specified in your order or invoice;
• If you paid by credit card, the refund will be through the bank to the card account from which the order was paid.

Important!
• The goods to be returned must not contain signs of interference, scratches or other visible defects, either visually or functionally, they must be in the original and undamaged packaging. All items are returned with a full set of accessories;
• Goods can be returned if they were stored in appropriate conditions (according to the technical passport, etc.);
• Returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice / receipt of payment, invoice, and all documents received by you upon receipt of the order;
• When returning goods, gifts or gift items / certificates, etc. must be returned if they were;
• Transportation costs associated with the return of goods are your responsibility and obligation;
• For individual goods (trimming, tuning, assembly, etc. at the request of the buyer), return or exchange is not possible;
• The buyer can request the goods for quality and price equivalent to the ordered and returned. ED-Color SRL will bear the cost of returning when products are returned for reasons related to ED-Color SRL;
• In order to avoid any misunderstanding about the return, we ask you to send a return request by e-mail indicating the returned goods, a brief description of the return and the purchase data (invoice / date), and we will do our best to simplify this procedure.
