Custom sports award medals

Custom medals for sports events

ED-COLOR arranges the production of zinc-alloy (ZAMAK) award medals at factories in China. The gallery shows examples made for tournaments and championships. We agree on the shape, artwork, inscriptions and ribbon for your event.

Production options

• Die casting can reproduce detailed relief, three-dimensional features and cut-outs. Moving parts are assessed for each project.
• Gold, silver or antique-bronze finishes, coloured enamel and other options are selected after artwork review.
• Branded ribbons can carry a full-colour sublimation print of your logo, tournament name and visual identity.

Price and quantity

The displayed price is MDL 170 per medal. This is indicative: the final price may vary with the medal's shape and size, relief complexity, finish, ribbon, quantity, mould cost and delivery method. A manager confirms the final price before production starts. A run of 400 or more is recommended for a better unit price, but smaller orders are possible.

Production and delivery

Factory production usually takes 15–20 days. Delivery is additional: express post adds about 10 days and costs more; sea-container shipping is cheaper but takes about 90 days. Your manager confirms the delivery time and cost for the specific order.

What we need to quote your order

Tell us the sport or event, desired quantity, approximate size, finish, design elements, ribbon requirements and presentation date. If you have no finished artwork, send your logo and a description of the idea; the manager will discuss design and mould preparation.
